Last Updated: January 2026

TIEX Corp, LLC ("TIEX," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal, financial, and tax-related information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, safeguard, and retain information obtained through our tax preparation services, communications, websites, portals, and related business operations.

1. Scope & Legal Authority

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to Internal Revenue Code §7216, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), IRS Publication 4557, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and applicable communications and consumer protection laws. This policy applies to all current and former clients, website visitors, and individuals who communicate with TIEX.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide tax preparation, compliance, and related services. This may include personal identifiers, sensitive personal information, tax return data, financial records, and communication records.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive personal information includes Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs), government-issued identification, banking information, and dependent data. Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel on a role-based basis and is subject to internal controls and monitoring.

4. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for legitimate business and legal purposes, including preparing and filing tax returns, verifying identity, complying with IRS due diligence requirements, communicating with clients regarding services, and protecting against fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse.

5. Communications (SMS, Voice, Email)

By providing a phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications such as appointment reminders, document requests, signature requests, and tax return updates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing services. TIEX does not send marketing messages unless you separately authorize them. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Use of Tax Return Information (IRC §7216)

Federal law prohibits the use or disclosure of tax return information for any purpose other than tax preparation without explicit written consent. TIEX does not use or disclose tax return information beyond authorized purposes unless permitted by law or expressly consented to by the taxpayer.

7. Information Sharing & Third-Party Processors

Information may be shared only as necessary with taxing authorities, authorized financial institutions, tax software providers, secure communications providers, hosting and storage providers, and other service vendors contractually obligated to protect confidentiality and security. TIEX does not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing purposes.

8. Data Security Safeguards

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption, access controls, secure storage, employee training, and ongoing monitoring. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously review and enhance our security measures.

9. Data Retention & Destruction

Records are retained in accordance with IRS regulations and applicable federal and state laws, generally for a minimum of three (3) years or longer where required. When information is no longer required to be retained, it is securely destroyed or rendered unreadable.

10. Incident Response & Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data security incident involving personal information, TIEX will take appropriate steps to investigate, mitigate, and remediate the incident. Where required by law, affected individuals and regulators will be notified within applicable legal timeframes.

11. Texas Privacy Rights

Texas residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and to opt out of certain data processing activities as provided under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

Requests may be submitted by email. TIEX may retain personal information as required by law, including federal and state tax, accounting, audit, and record-retention obligations.

How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

To exercise your privacy rights, please submit a written request to admin@tiexmulti.com. Requests should include your full name and sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law. Certain requests may be limited or denied where retention or processing is required by legal or regulatory obligations.

12. Children’s Information

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 except as required for tax filing purposes involving dependents and only with appropriate parental or legal authority.
